They have a hole for stinging and have been treated with colored lustres.  
Luster or AB is a coating which adds sparkle and or rainbow colors.  
These little nuggets are perfect for adding texture to jewelry or any other
project where beads are needed.

have a high polished look.   These beads have been tumbled so there are no sharp edges.
