I'm so glad you are here. This may be your first visit or you may know me from my website or my eBay store. Please take a
few minutes to read my store policy. If you have any questions, please email me.

PRODUCTS:

I do my best to carry major brands and items known for their consistent quality. Many of the beads I carry cannot be found in
discount stores or craft/hobby stores.

I carry Art Institute Art Glitter. Why? Because I believe it to be the best. The colors and brilliance are amazing. Pictures cannot
show how wonderful this glitter is. The variety of colors is staggering! The colors do not fade or run when using glues. They are
more expensive than other glitters out there, but they are worth it.

I stock all three major brands of polymer clay for creating figures.   I can order any Fimo product and color or Premo/Sculpey
product.   Most of the Fimo colors and special effects colors are only available in the smaller bars at this time.   Staedtler is not
offering the large bars any longer with the exception of the flesh colors, white and black.

The quality of clay is important to me. The clay I carry is very fresh, not exposed to heat or light. I am happy to freeze clay prior to
shipping should anyone want me to. While it won't be frozen by the time it arrives, it does help to reduce any unforeseen heat
exposure. Keep in mind, clay is shipped by priority mail and it does not spend much time in ground transit.   Any heat exposure will
be from the package sitting in the mail cart during the carrier's rounds.

This is just a small description of what I'm about when it comes to offering artist supplies. I think as you look at my items, you will
know them to be high quality. Your art deserves quality items.

PRODUCT PRICING:

I offer high end items at fabulous prices. Many items are below the general prices found elsewhere. I do this to help artists who
are faced with the high expense of buying supplies. I am an artist too...I know what it's like to pay high prices. I cannot sell items
as low as discount stores because I cannot buy in vast quantities like they do, but I will always do my best to keep pricing at or
below the regular retail prices.

Other things that can affect a price increase would be shipping increases. When the price of labor or oil goes up, businesses and
shipping companies adjust their costs and those costs are passed down to buyers like myself.   Should my website prices
increase, this would be the reason. The US Post Office seems to be increasing the cost of mailing on a 6 month basis.

All shipments should be inspected immediately; all claims for damages or shortages must be made within 5 days after receipt of
shipment.

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery on Domestic First Class packages shipped through the Post Office except Priority
Flat Rate which has a 2-3 day delivery estimate.

Return postage fee is not reimbursed.

BACKORDERS and Out of Stock items:

I will occasionally need to backorder items. This happens in situations where the same items are available on eBay as well as my
website. I must ship eBay orders first. If this happens, I will let you know that I'm out or that I have already ordered my inventory and
that it will ship when I receive it. I will email you and give you the choice of holding the initial order until all merchandise is ready to
ship, or to ship the main order and then ship the back ordered item. The second option will not result in additional shipping
charges to the customer.

Please provide a valid email address on your order.   I email shipping notices or any information on product availability. I need a
valid address to communicate with you.    I do not share email addys and I don't send spam emails.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: I am happy to special order items.   Special orders are non refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY:

I ship items many times the same day or within 48 hours of receiving payment of an order.

I primarily use USPS Flat Rate shipping. Why? I use the PayPal shipping calculator which is not always accurate. I do not charge a
handling fee. Only actual shipping rates. PayPal does not charge me extra funds to ship by flat rate. All other shipping incurs a fee
that PayPal adds which ends up costing me more to ship your items. Should regular First Class or Parcel Post costs be less, I
have and always will refund the amount over back to your PayPal account or issue a refund back on credit card purchases.

I will only ship to addresses that are on your PayPal account .    Please make sure your paypal address
information is current. Paypal can use old, previous addresses which are still on file. DOUBLE CHECK
YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. EMAIL ME IMMEDIATELY WITH ANY CHANGES.

I cannot be held accountable for items which are lost in the mail. I reinforce all flat rate envelopes as much as possible. All Priority
and Flat Rate shipments have a tracking number. Once the package leaves my store, it can be subject to weather delays or any
other unforeseeable circumstances. In situations like this, it is necessary to file a claim with the USPS.

ATTENTION:

You may have noticed a slight increase in the cost of shipping. This increase covers shipping
insurance. I have found it necessary to add insurance to each domestic package.

All International shipping will be a minimum of Priority mail. I will use the least expensive
Priority shipping method, and as always, will refund you the amount paid over the actual
shipping costs.

First Class International mail cannot be tracked. Should a package go missing, there is no way
for the Post Office to determine what happened. First Class International postage options have
been removed.

Should you have any issues with these changes and wish to cancel your order, please email me
immediately. Once a package is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please read

International customers are responsible for any customs fees collected by their postal service. If you have any questions or
need to provide additional information, please email me. Customs fees are based on the total value of the contents of the
shipment.

International Shipping rates: The Paypal shipping calculators do not recognize 1/10th percentages on item weight. It is designed
to accept whole numbers only. This can create a surprising amount for international shipping. Knowing this, I have always tried to
reduce the cost of International shipping as much as possible. I will refund the amount that is over the actual cost to ship.

Priority mail -Box (any size) cost depends on total weight and destination. I will use Priority or Flat Rate Priority, whichever is the
lower price.

Flat Rate Priority Box (medium size) is currently 45.50 and holds up to 19.12 pounds (8.67268 kg)

Flat Rate Priority Box (large size) is currently 56.95 and holds up to 19.12 pounds (8.67268 kg)

Please note, I cannot view a shopping cart until after it is paid for. If you have any questions on shipping, please email me.
Once I receive your order, I will make any adjustments needed.

Any items shipped by First Class International mail cannot be tracked. Those packages can take up to 4 weeks or longer to
arrive depending on the destination. I strongly recommend Flat Rate International shipping which takes up to 9 business days
to 3 weeks to arrive depending on the destination country and customs inspection.

PRIVACY POLICY:

I do not share any customer information with any third party. Since I use PayPal check out, no credit card information is
passed on to me. Shopping is safe and secure using PayPal checkout. Paypal does not hold any credit card information.
I cannot see any shopping cart contents until after the order is paid for.

I may occasionally send an email on upcoming items or specials. If you do not wish to receive emails, just let me know to
remove you and I will.

I will not distribute any email lists to anyone.

Summer Shipping for Clay

During the summer months, clay can bake in your mailbox.   When you place an order, I will ship the next day. All clay orders
go by priority mail which takes 2-3 days for domestic delivery. My packages usually arrive to the buyer within 2 days.
International shipping takes a bit longer. Priority mail spends most of its time indoors at a post office or on aircraft and from
there, taken to the destination post office for delivery.

If your mailbox faces the full afternoon sun, please do the following.

Plan ahead! You will receive a notice of shipping with a tracking number. If you will not be home when your mail is delivered,
have an ice chest or some type of cooler close to your mail box with ice in it. You should speak to, or leave a note for your mail
carrier asking him/her to leave any packages in the cooler.   This will greatly reduce any accidental baking due to the sun.

I am happy to freeze clay prior to shipping.   Just let me know to do that as soon as you place your order. The clay will most
likely not be frozen by the time of delivery, but it will help during transit.
